About Me

I’m Jonne Komulainen, a web developer and technology enthusiast based in Kuusamo, Finland. I enjoy creating simple, practical websites and tools, with a focus on keeping things clear and easy to use. My interests include web development, open source, and Linux, and I like exploring new technologies by putting them to use in personal projects.

My main project is Reindeer CMS, a lightweight content management system built with PHP and MySQL. The current version includes EasyMDE Markdown editing, live previews, image uploads, reusable content blocks, and plugin support. Developing it gives me opportunities to improve my skills and make website management more straightforward. My other projects include LYHYT, a free URL-shortening service, personal websites, and server utilities.

In my free time, I enjoy walking and watching movies, alongside working on smaller creative and technical projects. I like exploring new ideas, trying different tools, and learning as I go. Whether I’m developing a website or experimenting with something new, I’m drawn to projects that are useful, approachable, and rewarding to build.
